School can really suck. Spanish I at my college was no different than many of my other classes - too long, too much work, and often pretty boring. I made sure that Spanish II would not be a typical class where I spent much of the time just trying to stay awake and pay attention. I signed up for a four week Overseas Spanish Study in the town of Escazu, Costa Rica.
